About:

• August 2014 we started using a new internet filter named ZScaler.  It requires users to authenticate when accessing the World Wide Web.

• Use your CCS email address and password to login.

• Don't forget the @clevelandcountyschools.org  

Tips:

• Be sure Certificate is installed (attached below)

• Set www.google.com as your homepage  (it will prompt zscaler to authenticate as soon as you open your browser)

• Clear your History/Cache 

•  Minimize the screen vs exiting out to prevent having to login multiple time a day

• Stay positive (everyone has to)
